- Sawamura Seisakusho established as a shared factory with Tokyo Electric Corporation
(then the Ohito Factory of Toshiba).
- June 1955
- Company name changed to Tosei Denki Corporation
- March 1958
- Began development, manufacture and sales of professional-use "cleaning machines (collar
cuff press)".
- October 1985
- Began development, manufacture and sale of the tabletop "Vacuum Packaging Machine
(V-400)".
- April 2001
- Began development, manufacture and marketing of the drying machines (SK-120C) (SK-220C)
for coin-operated laundromats.
- September 2004
- Acquired ISO 14001 (International Environmental Standards) (Head Office and Factory)
- June 2011
- ISO9001 certification (Head Office and Factory)

- Company name changed to TOSEI Corporation
- November 2012
- Began development, manufacture and sale of hot-pack-compatible "Vacuum Packaging Machine

- New factory No. 2 completed (4,550 m2 surface area).

(V-4000) (V-5000)".

- Began development, manufacture and sale of the FDG-100C futon gas dryer for
coin-operated laundromats.

- Marked 70th anniversary of the company. Established the new company logo.

- New showroom opened in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo
